RETURN POLICY

This return policy (hereinafter, the “Return Policy”) governs the manner in which customers may return products purchased on the website www.emanuelepantanelladesign.com (hereinafter also referred to as the “Site”).
Products purchased on the Website are sold directly by Iulia Domna S.r.l. (hereinafter, “Iulia Domna” or the “Seller” or “We”), with registered office in Via della Vetrina 4, 00186 – Rome, VAT number 10171851008.
1. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with their order, they have the right to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the purchased products.
The customer must inform us of their decision to return the order within 14 calendar days from the date on which they received the product purchased on the Website (or from the date on which they received the last shipment in the case of multiple purchases), using one of the following alternative methods:
- by completing the Return Form available online in the appropriate section of the website “Return Policy”
- by sending an e-mail to studio@emanuelepantanelladesign.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return. The Seller will provide instructions for the return and shipping labels by e-mail.
Products returned in accordance with the right of withdrawal must be sent back to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of notification to the Seller of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, to the following address:

Products may be returned by sending the package via the courier indicated by us, or via a different courier or postal service.
The shipping costs for the return are borne by the Seller, except in cases where the Customer selects a courier or postal service other than that indicated by the Seller. The customer will also be liable in the event of any loss or damage to the products during transport.
2. RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The right of withdrawal will be considered correctly exercised once all the conditions listed below have been met:
- the customer, as specified in Article 1, has correctly submitted the return request;
- the products must be returned new, undamaged, and in perfect condition.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return of Products that are damaged, incomplete in all parts or accessories, without the original packaging, or are in a condition that clearly indicates that they have been used for purposes other than the Customer's strictly necessary checks to ascertain their characteristics.
In any case, the Customer shall be held liable for any reduction in the value of the Products; the Seller reserves the right, at its discretion, to take legal action against the Customer to ascertain such reduction and, alternatively to refusing the return, to withhold from the refund due to the Customer the amount corresponding to the damage caused to the returned Product;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging;
- the products must be returned to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of notification of the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract.
2.1 Non-acceptance of returns
If the returned products cannot be accepted, the Customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible, within a reasonable period of time. In this case, the customer may choose to have the products returned at their own expense. If the Customer refuses the aforementioned delivery, the Seller reserves the right to permanently retain the products as they have been refused and abandoned by the Customer, and to retain the amount paid for the purchase.
2.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Without limiting the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
- sealed products that have been opened by the customer after delivery, where the return of such products is not possible for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- products including sealed computer software or audio or video recordings or other digital items, if the product is opened after delivery;
- products made to the customer's specifications or personalised;
- products irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery; or
- any digital service or content once the customer has started downloading it and agreed to the loss of the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is also excluded in relation to the purchase of unique and archive items. These products are non-returnable and non-replaceable, except in the case of defects or shipping errors.
3.REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES
After the Seller has received the returned products and verified that they meet all requirements, the customer will receive an email confirming that the returned products have been accepted.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 5-14 calendar days from the day our warehouse receives and verifies the returned products.;
Given the above, once the Seller has verified that the return has been completed in accordance with the above conditions, the time required for the customer to see the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products will depend on the type of payment used.
